Ambulance Accident
Mr B from Worcester was travelling with his wife to hospital in an ambulance. Unfortunately the ambulance was struck from behind by a car.
As a result, Mr B suffered whiplash injuries. It was Mr B who then had to be placed on a stretcher and receive medical attention.
Liability was admitted for the accident and the insurers agreed to our request to fund physiotherapy treatment.
When the treatment concluded Mr B was awarded compensation for his injuries of £4,300.
