Our own fees (ie solicitors costs) are taken care of by the no win-no fee agreement. This means that if you don’t win your case then we don’t get paid. And if you win your claim then we recover our fees from the other side. Either way, it doesn’t cost you anything. And, because we are no win-no fee claims solicitors, you know that we will work as hard as we can to win your injury claim with free case funding.
In addition to solicitors fees, there are other expenses incurred in making an accident claim. These expenses include the cost of a medical report or court fees that need to be paid if court proceedings have to be issued. Solicitors call these expenses “disbursements”. Under the NEW DEAL for accident victims, we pay all disbursements ourselves. If we win your injury claim we then recover these expenses from the other side. If you lose your claim then we write them off. That’s the risk we take, and one of the reasons why you are assured that we will do our very best to make your injury claim a success. Luckily we have a long and proven track record of success in personal injury compensation claims, so we are confident of our ability to ensure that we are not left out of pocket.
