Free Funding of your Claim
Unwary accident victims often confuse the solicitors’ costs with the other expenses that are involved when making a personal injury claim such as court fees or the cost of a medical report. These additional expenses are called "disbursements".
Many claims companies and solicitors offer to deal with accident and injury claims on a No Win No Fee. However, what is less commonly known is that a large proportion of them actually charge a fee for funding the disbursements or will arrange for you to take out a loan to pay for them.
We don’t require you to fund your own expenses and disbursements by taking out a loan, nor do we ask you to pay interest on the expenses incurred. We will fund your personal injury claim all the way through to the end, paying whatever expenses are required as we go. At the end of the claim then we recover those expenses from the other side; you pay nothing. If you lose, then we write those expenses off and again you pay nothing.
